What are some good gifts to get the mommy 2 be?

I think the most thoughtful gift I got while pregnant with my daughter was a gift bag full of stuff for me. I got relaxing shower gel, a candle, chocolates....It really ment alot to me. What are some other good things to get the mommy 2 be other than a gift card?

Give her just what you got :) I sent my best friend a care package when she was pregnant. I got her a pregnancy book to fill out, kind of like a baby book, but its just about your pregnancy, slippers, lavender lotions (calming), etc etc... or you could take her out for a massage, they have massage tables just for pregnant women ;) and god knows that every pregnant woman needs a good massage before the big day LOL.
Reply:Give her IOUs for making a dinner for her (and hubby) every night for the first week she's home from the hospital (or whenever she'd like).

Reply:take them for a pedicure. I loved it. I was huge and couldn't reach my feet to polish and the pampering was nice.

Reply:A pedicure, but make sure she's very close to due or waits till after the baby is born to get it. The massage they give you can hit on pressure points in the feet that trigger labor.

Reply:I loved getting diapers and baby tylenol, and socks, lots of baby socks lol, cant ever find the match. The ones i didnt really care for, were dolls, cuz she couldnt use them, and baby bath, cuz i had toomuch.
Reply:Anything that can be used to relax even after the baby comes is a GREAT idea. I think you know what to get.
Reply:I suggest you do that and change it up with what you got and also some for the baby. Like a "Mommy and Me" gift. Infants grow fast and most new parents overdo it on the cute infant clothes and dont think about when they get bigger. I suggest buying clothes in bigger sizes if you can so she can gradually save money when its time to get bigger items for the baby..Just an idea:)

I always like to get gifts for the mommy too!
