I am doing a survey,I want to know on what caasions do you give gifts, and what kind of gift will you choose?

On what occasions do people give gifts to others?
Birthdays vary depending on the person. for friends I usually give cards. For close friends and family, I buy gifts between $10 and $20





Christmas is the same as birthdays, except that I buy more christmas cards for friends and acquaintance than I do birthdays.





For Father's Day, I usually buy my dad cologne or a CD between $10 and $20





For Mother's Day, I usually buy my mom something with the Syracuse Orangemen on it.





For Valentines Day, I'm not in a relationship, so I skip that holiday except for sending some emails and ecards to my close female friends.





For Memorial Day and Veteran's Day, I usually send my one friend in the National Guard a letter thanking him for his dedication to our country.





For my parents' anniversary, I usually treat them to dinner at Olive garden or an Italian restaurant.





For weddings, I usually go by what's on the couple's registry. If there is no registry, I just pick out a few items that would be useful for any household.





For a close friend or relative's unborn or newborn baby, I usually pick up something that they parents would need and a small toy for the child.

Reply:For me Christmas,because every Christmas we will always to giving gifts to each other and aside of gifts money because traditionally we will to fall in line for giving a money to each every one from eldest cousins to youngest cousins even my nephews and my nieces.For me it's not an important for having my gifts gave me from my relatives if it's a material things or not and for me the important we must to get together to each everyone my family and my relatives.
