I don't have time to go out and order something for them, so i'm trying to go with something like a homemade gift or like a goodie bag. anything will help thanks!
Any good ideas of gifts to give to dancers?
Oh man, dancers are all about layers.
They carry at least two bags of all kinds of things, mostly clothes tho they do cart about a lot of junk.
They dress in layers so they can shed as they warm up in the studio.
I think common thread for the dancers I know is that they love over-sized long sleeved tee shirts. A simple word (spray paint it on, if you want) is enough - "dance" "jete" "sweat" whatever, they'll wear it with pride in the studio!
Reply:Dancers could use anything that would pamper their feet. Dance shoes are not particularly comfortable and can be very wearing on the feet. Add to that the constant foot action against a hard surface and feet suffer (my husband and I are swing dancers).
How about a gift certificate for a pedicure or for a reflexology treatment? Or foot soak products? Anything that would baby hard working feet would be a great idea.

I think you can give them oil painting from their photo means turn their photo in oil painting it will create nice impression on them.
Capture that special moment.turn it into a masterpiece that will last forever!

Reply:How about making a tote for dancing shoes?
You didn't specify what sort of dancing your friend does. The dance style will dictate the type of shoes used and hence the size of the bag.
If your friend clogs or square dances, you might use a durable fabric like denim and put some casual decorations on it. If your friend is into ballet, something more subdued and elegant (hm... velvet might be too much :) ) might be in order.
The tote could be as simple as a drawstring bag with a seam sewn part way up the center to make pockets for each shoe. Leave a little extra space for socks, foot powders or other dance necessities.
