What are the best gifts for children up to age 8?
Usually kids that age will tell you (and everyone else) exactly what they want. If you don't know ask a parent or someone who spends time with the child, or if the child is really young you can ask them yourself, and it will still be OK. Then just use your discretion and make sure what they want is appropriate, in your price range, etc.
Reply:Wow! That Santa thing sounds like fun. That's a really awesome thing you are doing. Best of luck and many blessings. Report It
Reply:ask them.
Reply:My daughter age 5 and her friend age 6 are into the "dress up" and "makeup" thing. My son age 9 is into science experiments %26amp; trucks. I like to get them each a toy a book and an outfit each year.
Reply:They have pogo sticks at toys r us for $20 each. My son is 8 and I got him a national geographic solar system that lights up on his wall so that he can look at the different constellations, I would also suggest a talking piggy bank so they can learn money and saving it...my daughter loved hers.
Reply:Gran Theft Auto
Reply:depends boy and or girl?boy like something cool girl i bet they will love something new from the brats dolls
Reply:A gun, bottle of whiskey, and pack of unfiltered camels in a finely stained oak box.
Reply:depends on what they are into... I have a 9 yo and he is really into how things work. I get them science experiments like mineral growing, and sets to learn how motors work and really hands on things. I dont believe in video games and junk like that....unless it is working coordination and focus in his mind for positive things....like building a track to make a car race on it or a train. That is an idea. Prices...any range - depends on where you pruchase and availability - depends on what you're after. GOOD LUCK!
Reply:they probably have alot of toys, so would try and buy them clothes, or give them money so they could choose what they want.
Reply:A board game
Reply:coal......gr8 gift for either girl or boy
oh ya.....and its super cheap too......they'll love you for it ;)
Reply:when you have them all at your house, (b4 xmas) give them sales papers, then give them each different color markers, and make note of who has wut color, then tell them to circle 1 thing that they want this is traditional in our family on thnksgiving
Reply:Books!!! Not just any old book, but a certificate signed by you stating that you will arrange special time (maybe lunch or even dinner out) to take them to get 2 or 3 books of their choice. "Helping" them pick out books gives them the message that you think reading is important, it encourages them to read and it gives them what they really want, time with you. If your child id dealing with a particular problem, going to the dentist, starting a new school, not having friends, etc., there is a book written about just that topic and how someone got through it. It's good all around. Happy shopping!
Reply:The Toy's R Us website (www.toysrus.com) has gifts listed and you can click on the age you are buying for. Then you can sort toys by prices. You will see a description and pictures.
