Home made chocolate gifts for christmas?
There is this see though plastic paper stuff that comes in rolls like wrapping paper, I found it in the craft dept. They come with christmas decorations on them. You can wrap the goods with that, with ribbon of course, and put small bells on the ends of the ribbons.
Reply:Buy some really nice Christmas containers. For co-workers or people that you don't want to buy special containers for just put the candies on a red or green plastic plate and put a Christmas Zip-Loc Bag around it. (Make sure the plate will fit inside the bag!). Put a bow and a gift tag on the Zip-Loc bag and it's good to go.
Reply:You should be able to buy bauble and other decorative moulds to make your own chocolate decs and kids can help too. Sorry, I can't remember where you get them from (UK)
Reply:You can make chocolate covered pretzels. You need 1 bag of your favorite chocolate chips, and a bag of salted pretzels. First, melt the chips in a sauce pan or fondue pot, then dip the pretzels in the chocolate. Set the chocolate covered pretzels on wax paper, and wait for them to cool. If you don't want to use pretzels, you can use apples, marshmallows, or pieces of angel food cake.
Reply:if you go to a craft shop or big toy stores you should be able to buy kits
Reply:Nothing better than a homemade gift for Christmas.
