Who decides if the dealership send small gifts to thank customers for purchasing their vehicle at the dealership?
Who is the decision maker at a car dealership for thank you gifts for customers?
It can be anyone from the salesperson to the car manufacturer's marketing department.
Reply:Salesman, sales manager or customer relations person.
Reply:That depends. If the small gift has the salespersons photo/contact info on it, chances are it was bought and sent directly from them. If all it has is the dealerships information it was probably a standard token gift given to all customers. Regardless of who sent it, keep in mind that 50% of dealerships send nothing at all. Since you did get a gift (however small) it shows they appreciate your business. NOW, wait and see if you get a thank you call 6 months from now or if you are forgotten about. That's the true sign of a dealer/salesperson that has an honest interest in your satisfaction!
Reply:The sales manager most likely. Best way to find out is to ask the receptionist, they know who decides.
Reply:Most likely the salesperson.
