Do you like to receive afghans as gifts?

I make unique afghans as gifts. All say they like them but are they just being nice?

Afghans are WONDERFUL gifts, ONLY WHEN THEY ARE HOMEMADE. IMHO, afghans that are made by the giver are one of the most thoughtful presents that can be given. Afghans take a bit of time, but it;s very difficult to mess up making an afghan. Added that you add uniqueness... I doubt those people are just being nice.





You could make me one every year and I would love it. I'd just call you the afghan lady.

When giving, though, just make sure it matches the receipient's decor. If you don't know, try to keep the colors neutral.
