What are some good, homemade gifts that i can make that look like I bought them?

Just for christmas gifts and stuff. I am 13 and can't buy stuff without someone knowing and i want to give them to my family!

baking is always nice. Don't worry about trying to make it look store bought homemade is great. Dollar store can be a great source for some supplies. Don't forget people probably would love something with a picture of you on it.

the key is to take a simple idea and make it special.

Merry Christmas.
Reply:A bouquet of flowers is always nice.
Reply:Hi Rebecca!

You can make a nice pen and pencil holder out of a large tomatoe can or something like that. use colored paper and decortate with photos or whatever you lke. mom or dad would appreciate that.
Reply:Handmade gifts are really special for family members. A poem, a photo in a hand painted frame, an essay of how you feel about each member (good stuff only since it's Christmas), little squares of paper on which you write chores or favors you will do for them as a gift...Merry Christmas
Reply:Why not gather some photos that aren't in albums, and make a collage? You would only need to buy some rubber cement and a sheet of foam-core board, which is sturdy enough that you won't need to frame it. If you have siblings, you could try to enlist their help and make it a gift from all the kids to your parents. Another option is just hand-making all of the christmas cards. The cards themselves would be a great gift! Look up different short poems, and hand-write them in the cards, and decorate with photos.
Reply:Can you crochet? You could make scarves out of the fun, fuzzy yarn (but use a standard yarn with it - two strands at once - makes it easier to find your stitches).
Reply:You can make those jars that have all the ingredients for cookies ( sugar, choclate chip..etc). Just wrap it and use pretty x-mas ribbons!
Reply:When I was a kid my sister and I used to make Christmas ORNAMENTS using pictures of our family members.

Here’s what you will need:

1.pictures of your loved ones

2.colored construction paper

3.glue

4.glitter

5.scissors

6.string

You will need to cut the desired shape of the ornament. (star, square, circle, triangle) and make sure you cut another whole in the center to place the picture inside. Decorate with glitter, punch a hole at the top of the ornament and tie the string to it and last but not least glue your picture to the ornament and TA DA you have your self a nice home made gift.
Reply:I won’t take credit for finding this, but a gal answered one of my questions with this suggestion – check it out, you could easily make these for your family……
