What are good gifts to give out a charity event for kids?

People always like to receive free gifts even if they're donating funds. What are some good gifts ideas to give whereas people will be excited to get?

What are good gifts to give out a charity event for kids?
Truly depends on the age. Four and under, those toys that help teach abc or animals. To be honest, there are so many learning toys/books for children that any child would love.
Reply:Books, books, and more books. No, I'm not a teacher. Just a mom that believes in encouraging reading. I'm sure there are other things like, McDonald's gift certificates, etc. But, to give a child a book I think is the best thing you could give.
Reply:I think the people will like gift cards from any good bookstore in your town, grocery gift cards, walmart visa cards, Paintings, jewelry. All of these gifts would be nice to people donating for a good cause. God bless you and good luck!
Reply:Well, my kids love those paddles with the ball and string; whatever they are called they are inexpensive and fun.

Good luck.

I'm awake now! Alright, how about a packet of seeds? Relatively inexpensive and they can plant them in the spring.

I don't agree with wasting money on gift cards and wine, etc.. when the money should be going to the charities! Makes me think twice about where all the money is going when I donate :o(
Reply:If it is a nice, grown up crowd... Bottles of wine wrapped nicely. Gift cards to wonderful little restaurants in town. Gift bags with things like special soaps, note pads, etc.
Reply:You can organize gift vouchers. Especially if you are gifting out to weaker section of society. They can buy books or stationery or can pay school fee with the vouchers.
